The module intends to provide competencies in using web tools for general tasks, facilitating a self-diagnosis of personal digital competencies, acquainting learners with innovation, and capacitating learners to apply web tools in an innovation case study. Therefore, this module addresses the following topics:

1. Presentation of essential web tools for information and communication;
2. Self-assessment using a web tool questionnaire of individual digital competencies;
